Pollard Thomas Edwards is pleased to announce that Managing Partner Carl Vann has been appointed to the London Borough of Newham’s Design Review Panel.

Since his first Newham project in 2011, Carl has worked closely with local communities, resident associations and stakeholders in the borough, delivering award-winning developments recognised by the Civic Trust, Housing Design and British Homes Awards. He brings extensive experience in public engagement, urban design, masterplanning, mixed-use buildings and sustainable, high-quality development.

They have been selected for their extensive knowledge of high quality design and place-making, as well as their ability to objectively and positively appraise a wide range of complex schemes.'

Carl is also a member of the Essex Design Review Panel, a former design advisor to the Royal Borough of Greenwich and Chair of the New London Architecture Expert Panel on Housing.
